2. No Guarantee of TCPA Safe Harbor

VeracityHub:

Does NOT guarantee compliance

Does NOT warrant that validated numbers are safe to call

Provides risk-reduction tools (line-type detection, carrier, CNAM, identity matching)

3. Customer Must Maintain Its Own Proof of Consent

Including:

Timestamp

Form signature

Source URL

Consent language

Audit logs

4. No Use of VeracityHub for Calling Without Consent

Customer must agree:

VeracityHub Services will not be used to contact consumers without proper consent

Customer is responsible for all dialing behavior

5. Carrier Filtering Disclaimer

Carriers may block or filter calls or texts due to:

Spam behavior

Number reputation

Industry algorithms

VeracityHub does not control carrier behavior.
