ValidRecord accepts CSV and XLSX (Excel) files. Any column structure works — our AI detects your field names automatically and maps them to the right services.
We authorize your card for the estimated total when you submit. After processing, we count only the records that returned a verified result and charge you that exact amount — which may be less than the estimate. You never pay for records that couldn't be verified.
Processing time depends on file size and the services selected. Most files complete within a few minutes. Your dashboard updates automatically when results are ready — no need to refresh.
ValidRecord offers four services: Phone Validation (carrier, line type, active status), Email Verification (deliverability and mailbox existence), Identity Verification (match name and phone against identity records), and Reverse Append (return full name and postal address from a phone number). Available services are determined automatically based on what fields are in your file.
