The Service operates on a pay-per-successful-result basis. You will be charged only for records that return a verified result. Payment is processed through Stripe. By submitting a job, you authorize a charge up to the estimated total. The final charge may be less depending on actual results.
All charges are non-refundable unless required by law or at our sole discretion.
Your uploaded data is used solely to perform the verification services you select. We do not sell, share, or retain your data beyond what is necessary to provide the Service. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
All content, software, and technology associated with ValidRecord.ai is the property of ValidRecord.ai and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without express written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any verification result. Verification data is sourced from third-party providers and may not be 100% accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValidRecord.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be immediately revoked.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
